Casa Kima is a residential project that, based on an study of Mayan architecture and site analysis, seeks a vernacular architecture using guidelines that follow Mayan proportions, its characteristic porticos and bioclimatic strategies.

 

In order to respect the site’s environment and take advantage of the resources given by the surroundings, the project was designed using local materials and with an open space as main axis of the project to create a direct connection with nature.
